During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking details once your package is dispatched.


3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship ‌within France‌ (mainland and Corsica) and to select European Union countries. For international orders outside the EU, please contact us at notevoyag@donzymotoculture.com for custom shipping arrangements.

Note:‌ Some remote or rural areas may have limited carrier access, which could affect delivery timelines. We will notify you if any restrictions apply to your address.


4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Free Shipping:‌ We offer ‌free standard shipping on all orders within France‌ with a minimum purchase of €50 (before taxes).
  • Flat‑Rate Shipping:‌ For orders below the free‑shipping threshold or to EU destinations, a flat rate applies (see checkout for exact amounts).
  • Express Surcharge:‌ Express shipping incurs an additional fee, shown during checkout.

All shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the delay or error is due to our fault (e.g., mis‑shipment, carrier mishandling reported by us).

10. In‑Store Pickup

Currently, we do not offer in‑store pickup. All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Donzy, France.

12. Lost or Stolen Packages
